Thank you so much for your interest! Below is all of the information about my beach mini sessions. Please choose the session below that works best for your family.
Beach mini sessions will take place on July 13th, July 20th, and August 3rd. They will be taken at a beautiful, quiet beach in Monmouth County. The exact location will be disclosed after booking is completed. Sessions will last 15 minutes. Outdoor sessions are ideal for families with children that are a little older who can handle the elements and distractions of being at the beach (i.e. wind, sand, fishermen, fellow beach goers, sounds of the ocean, being by the water, etc.). If your child takes more than a minute to warm up to new people, please DO NOT book a mini session. These are quick sessions with a short time to get everything that we need. Full sessions are still available and are strongly recommended for these reasons.
Should weather interfere with our scheduled sessions, they will be rescheduled for the the following. July 13th sessions will have a rain date of 7/14. July 20th sessions will have a rain date for 7/21, and August 3rd sessions will have a rain date of 8/4. Please be sure that you are available for both your session date AND it's rain date, as refunds will not be given if you are unable to make the rain date. In the event of rain on both days, I'll touch base and we will reschedule for another WEEKNIGHT (Monday-Wednesday). Deposits are non-refundable. If you or someone in your family is ill, we can reschedule your session to another date on a weeknight; however, refunds will not be given, nor will the session deposit be transferred to another session. All sessions MUST be taken by 8/21/26.
Once you sign up, you will be sent a contract by the end of next week. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due today to secure the date and time of your session. Prior to booking, please be sure that you are available for both the session date and rain date! A session guide will also be provided once the contract is signed to assist you in preparing for your session. You will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance 2 days prior to your session, it must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Sessions without full payment will not take place.
The entire process for the delivery of these images is 3 weeks. At some point during that timeframe, you will be given a proofing gallery of about 10+ photos to choose from. You'll be given the opportunity to upgrade your collection if you'd like to do so once you see the photos. Additional images will cost $50 per image or a discount for the full gallery upgrade. I kindly ask that you select your photos within 48 hours of receiving the proofs, the final edited gallery will be sent out at the balance of that 3 week time frame. Please understand that the editing is more involved as I'll need to edit out people, garbage cans, surfers, and all distractions from the backdrop. Standard editing includes blemishes, dark circles, removal of bruises and bug bites, and the removal of stray hair. These images will be flawless but they do take time to get there.
Clients will receive a link to a secure gallery where you can download the high-resolution digital images directly to your computer. A print release will be emailed as well. All of the products and prints that I offer will be available to order directly through your gallery and will be shipped directly to your home.
These sessions are for immediate families only (parents and children). Grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. are not permitted to be a part of the session. Families with more than 3 children will be required to pay an additional $45 per person.
