Welcome to the World, Serafina Rose

I knew from Nina's stunning sunset maternity session in Sandy Hook that her newborn photos would be just as gorgeous! Before you look at little miss Serafina, let's take a second to swoon over mom and dad as they anxiously awaited their sweet girl's arrival! 

Serafina Rose was just as beautiful as her name! I love when little one's have different names, and her unique name certainly topped my list! This little beauty came to me at 12 days new and while she made me work for some poses at times, every set came out beautifully! 

Serafina's session was delicate and girly. We used lots of blush pinks, creams, flowers, and greenery. She looked so peaceful and loved being all wrapped up! 

The family shots are my favorite! Nina wore one of the gowns from my client closet. I love an all white setup, and this gown was so flattering! 

These last two were my favorite shots from Serafina's session! This has been the one and only time that a client has chosen the Moroccan metal dream catcher prop that I have. I so wish that more clients would let me use this, it's such a unique prop and Serafina looked perfect laying in it! 

 

The last shot of Serafina all cuddled up in dad's arms is one of my all time favorites! I love the black and white take on an all white setup. The contrast of dad's tattoos mixed with the sweetness of Serafina in his arms makes for such a gorgeous photo that evokes so much emotion!
